The OSCE’s activities are usually divided into three measurements: the politico-military dimension, the economic and environmental dimensions and the human dimension. These are based on the baskets agreed in the 1975 Helsinki Final Behave of the Conference on Safety and Co-operation in European countries (CSCE). Finland will hold the particular OSCE Chairpersonship in 2025.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto will attend the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), which is held in Łódź, Poland, on 30 November–1 December. Poland holds the OSCE Chairpersonship in 2022.

Despite the destabilized security situation in European countries, the OSCE is a main forum for dialogue between participating States, and its attempts to resolve conflicts in the OSCE region are an important section of the organisation’s activities. The OSCE has 57 participating Claims, which means that all European and Central Asian countries as well as the United states of america and Canada are represented in the cooperation. The Ministerial Council will discuss the far-reaching effects of Russia’s intrusion of Ukraine on the security situation in Europe and the OSCE’s activities.   Minister Haavisto’s schedule also includes zwei staaten betreffend meetings.
