The Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), in partnership with the European intellectual property helpdesk, organises a webinar focusing on intellectual property (IP) rights in the agri-food sector.
This webinar will provide a non-exhaustive list of examples of IP rights used in the agri-food sector, such as geographical indications, trademarks, patents and plant variety denominations. Participants will learn what they are, why they are useful for the agri-food sector, how they differentiate us from competitors and why they add value to our products and services, among others. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
