A successful and equitable post-pandemic economic recovery must be based on a responsive, resilient, and inclusive labour market.
From the point of view of policymaking, the latest scientific findings, and best practices, this conference of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU will open discussions on some important aspects of high quality, i.e. sustainable work environments, especially safe and health hazard-free work, the ability to work in increasingly digitalised work environments, and work-life balance, taking into account demographic change and equal opportunities.
