The Cuban Institute of the Frienship with the Peoples (ICAP) is calling for participaction in the virtual event “Solidarity vs. Blockade” to be hled on Friday, December 17th, at 9:00 (15:00, Dutch time). The theme of the event will be “US-Cuba relationship seven years after the announcement of its reestablishment and the return of the Cuban Five
