Port of Spain, May 9, 2021. The date expected by Cubans every year to celebrate as a family, this time again acquired a virtual hue. The Covid19 pandemic has imposed new stereotypes of celebrations to which the tender, simple and loving tribute that a representation of Cubans in Trinidad and Tobago offered to mothers did not escape. Using technology, they recorded audios and videos in which they expressed their feelings towards the people who gave them life, not lacking in some messages the samples of remembrance for those who are no longer physically and to convey messages of hope, health and love to all Cuban mothers. May this day of tribute serve all the mothers of the world and in particular for those who face the terrible pandemic every day, with the sole purpose of saving lives and continuing to build a dignified and healthy society for all families.
