The XIX ALBA-TCP Summit will be held 200 years after the victory of Carabobo

Havana, June 24, 2021. The XIX Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Peoples’ Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), will be held on June 24, 2021, in Caracas, Venezuela, with the participation of the Heads of State and Government of the member countries and other representatives.
The Cuban delegation will be chaired by the member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Minister of Foreign Relations of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.
The Summit will be an opportunity to exchange on the current regional situation and the challenges imposed by the new international situation marked by the Covid-19 pandemic.
This great event coincides with the celebration of the 200 years of the victory of the Battle of Carabobo, under the leadership of El Libertador Simón Bolívar; inspiring force of the emancipatory and libertarian processes that have marked the history of Our America and an indispensable guide for the unity and integration of its peoples.
