The Director of the Americas of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry and the Cuban Chief of Mission has a fruitful meeting
Mr. George Jallad, Head of the Office for Latin America, the United States, Canada, the UN, the fight against terrorism and the refugee file at the Political Department of the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, received Ambassador Jorge León Cruz, Cuban head of mission, and held a fruitful meeting.
The occasion was propitious to review the excellent level of bilateral relations between the two countries, to deepen coordination in multilateral forums and to analyze the regional and international situation.
The Cuban diplomat took the opportunity to reiterate his gratitude for the solidarity support in favor of the struggle of the people against the blockade and noted the interest and willingness to continue deepening mutually beneficial ties for Cuba and Lebanon.
