Port of Spain, April 30, 2021. The group of the Cuban Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago in line with the development of the International Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba inaugurated today, joins their voices with that of all the proletarians of the world in demanding the lifting of the genocidal and inhuman blockade imposed by the US government against the Cuban people. Together with the motto that presides over this international event “UNITED WE’LL OVERCOME”, we celebrate May 1, in the fight against the coercive and unilateral measures applied by the US administration against the peoples who are fighting for their emancipation. Our parade will be from this combat trench waving the flags of the unit, as strategic weapons in the defense of the just causes of the most needy.
