The Chambers of Commerce of Cuba and Mongolia sign a Collaboration Agreement.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. March 16, 2021. The President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba, Mr. Antonio Luis Carricarte Corona, and the President of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia, Mr. Amartuvshin Otgondavaa, signed a Collaboration Agreement and its respective Action Plan for the 2021-2022 Period between both entities, as a continuation of the interest of both countries to continue strengthening economic and commercial ties.

The agreement signed in both capitals and virtually, given the situation imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, establishes the collaboration framework, by virtue of which joint actions will be developed for the interest of the business community of both countries. The document also reflects the commitment to work to stimulate and expand cooperation and economic-commercial and investment relations, in turn using the experiences to identify and develop business opportunities for companies from both countries.

In order to implement the agreement, said document is supported by an Action Plan that specifies actions to promote and identify Mongolian importing companies and businessmen interested in investing in the projects of the Cuban portfolio of business opportunities, as well as the exchange of information on trade fairs and events of a commercial nature to be held in Cuba and Mongolia in 2021 to be promoted in the business community.
