His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind, President of India, sent congratulations to the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, on the occasion of Cuba’s National Day, the 63rd anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.
The high Indian dignitary conveyed congratulatory message on behalf of the Government and the people of India, while stressing that both countries enjoy a warm and friendly relationship. Our bonds of friendship are deeply rooted in history and the ties have been strengthened by the support and solidarity that both countries have conferred on each other, he said.
Finally, the Indian President reiterated the will to strengthen bilateral links and the wish for peace, prosperity and progress to the friendly people of the Republic of Cuba.
