Kampala. This morning, Ambassador Tania Perez Xiques signed the condolences book on the occasion of the death of the Honorable Jacob L. Oulanya, who was Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda.
Oulanya, as he was known, was a prominent Ugandan political leader. Under his enthusiastic leadership, work projects were born that contributed to the strengthening of parliamentary relations between Cuba and Uganda.
Today, the message of condolences sent by comrade Esteban Lazo on behalf of the National Assembly of People’s Power of Cuba and on his own behalf has been published.
