Cuban Ambassador to Qatar H.E. Oscar Leon Gonzalez visited H.E. Eng. Shaheen Ali Al-Alkaabi, acting director of the Department of International Cooperation at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two representatives exchanged about possibilities of cooperation between the two countries and the means to consolidate and develop bilateral ties.
The Cuban envoy reported on recent actions taken by Cuban and Qatari institutions to promote collaboration between the respective governments and peoples. For his part, H.E. Ing Al-Kaabi highlighted some sectors with the potential to expand friendly relations between the two countries.
