The Communist Party of Finland sends a cordial greeting to the Communist Party of Cuba, which is organizing its VIII Party Congress from April 16 to 19, 2021. The Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba arouses international interest. The CPC plays an important role in the international class struggle and in the collective work of the communist and workers’ parties.
For Finnish communists it is very interesting to continue studying and analyzing political and partisan work, which has brought undeniable achievements in areas such as health, culture and education, as well as in matters of the fight against nuclear weapons and the fight for world peace.
We are sure that Cuba, with great enthusiasm and collaboration of the new revolutionary generations of men, women and youth, will strengthen the struggle for a better world for all along the path of building socialism and communism.
The Communist Party of Finland is at the side of the Cuban people in the permanent struggle against the Blockade, an anti-popular and anti-democratic policy of the corrupt political leaders of the United States of America.
The Communist Party of Finland applauds the actions of the Cuban authorities against COVID-19 and other human health crises, which are very inspiring for other peoples of the world. We discovered that Cuba shows the word that it is possible to choose in another way. Instead of war and arms, Cuban foreign policy sends doctors and teachers to places of crisis.
We are sure that the analysis and collective understanding of the Party Congress will be successful and inspiring. It is necessary to strengthen the struggles of the working class and popular movements throughout the world. The Communist Party of Finland wishes to strengthen bilateral relations with the Communist Party of Cuba within the framework of the collective of the Communist and World Workers’ Parties.
