Hun Sen, leader of the Cambodian People’s Party (PPC), sent a message of congratulations to Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, for the election as First Secretary of the PCC, in the recently concluded 8th congress. In his letter, the Cambodian leader said that it is a clear testimony of the firm confidence of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban people in his leadership and competence to lead the Island.
