Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia met with the main directors of the Mongolian Association of United Organizations

The Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met with Dr. Enkhjargal Dorjbal and with Dr. Baljinnyam Ivan, President and Executive Director, respectively, of the Mongolian Association of United Pharmaceutical Organizations.

Both parties exchanged information about the pharmaceutical sector and on the existing relations between institutions of this branch of both countries.

Mongolian companies belonging to this Association have registered Cuban products such as Vidatox and HeberProt-P, the latter for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, and other products are in the process of being registered.

The Cuban Ambassador reported on the celebration of the BioHabana 2022 International Congress in April, as well as on the development of biotechnology in Cuba and its recent successes in the production of 3 vaccines against Covid-19, diagnostics and other biopharmaceuticals for its treatment.
