Team Canada to visit the Gordie Howe International Bridge, the largest Canada-US infrastructure project

The Ministers and the Ambassador will be joined by members of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WBDA) to tour this once in-a generation project between Canada and the US. Date: Tuesday, March 5, 2024
Time: 2:30 p.m. EST (visit begins at 3 p.m.)
Place: 1001 Springwells Court, Detroit MI Notes for media: Monday, March 4, 2024 – Members of the media are invited for a unique photo opportunity as the Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development and the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry as well as Canada’s Ambassador to the United States, Kirsten Hillman, visit the largest infrastructure project between Canada and the USA.

  • Media interested in attending are requested to RSVP at info@wdbridge.com by Tuesday March 5th, 10 a.m.
  • Personnel from the WDBA will be onsite to direct media to the appropriate parking area.
