The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments: November twenty two, 2022 – Ottawa, Ontario – Global Affairs Europe Eric Walsh becomes Higher Commissioner in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Mister. Walsh replaces David McKinnon. Catherine Godin becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Poland. Ms. Godin replaces Leslie Scanlon.
