The Embassy of the Republic of Burundi in Addis Ababa, informs the public opinion that, on the eve of the 35th Summit of the African Union, it is participating in an African Cultural Exhibition organized at Afrika Park, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The main purpose of this participation is the promotion of the cultural values of Burundi. This participation in the African Cultural Exhibition in Addis Ababa is also in line with the objective that the African Union set itself in 2021 under the theme “art, culture and heritage: levers for building the Africa that we want”.
The Embassy of the Republic of Burundi also wishes to take advantage of the presence of a million Ethiopians who have come to spend their Christmas holidays in their country of origin, to share with them the ideals of Pan-Africanism.
In this regard, the Embassy thanks the Ethiopian press and the Burundian press for the support they continue to provide and requests, once again, their support in the communication actions related to this African Cultural Exhibition.
