The Ambassador of Bulgaria to Nigeria Yanko Yordanov held a working meeting with Senator I.D. Gyang, Deputy Chairman, Senate Committee on Defence. The two interlocutors exchanged views on ways to further strengthen Bulgaria-Nigeria bilateral ties in areas of mutual interest among which are trade, cooperation in the field of defence, agriculture, education, culture, cooperation for development policy, etc. Both sides emphasized the traditional bonds of friendship as being excellent basis for a comprehensive bilateral cooperation.
