On January 26, 2022, Consul General Svetoslav Stankov, held an “UN Model” discussion at DePaul University.
The meeting was held upon the invitation of Professor Eric Tillman from the Political Science Department at DePaul University, and was part of the preparation of the students who will be participating as the Delegation of Bulgaria in the Midwest UN Model Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, 23-26 February.
Consul General Stankov presented the positons of Bulgaria and the European Union on a wide range of issues related to human rights, fight against terrorism, climate change, COVID-19 and others.
