The ice configuration of sculptures “Sea of Roses” represented Bulgaria to the Chinese audience at the “Ice Festival” in Harbin, as well as online, thanks to a video about the configuration, prepared by the Foreign Affairs Office of Harbin Municipality. As this year’s edition of the traditional festival is on the topic “Countries of Central and Eastern Europe”, Bulgaria is given special attention.
