On behalf of the beneficiary, the Agreement was signed simply by Mr. Mayis Safarov – Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Safarov thanked the Bulgarian side just for placing its trust in their particular organization. The two sides indicated confidence in the successful plus fruitful cooperation related to the particular implementation of the project.
On 16 th December 2022, Mrs. Krastina Lekova – Chargé d’affaires a. i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Baku signed an agreement grant to “Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center Public Marriage for the amount of 27000 euros. The project “No Bullying in Schools“ shall be funded through the Official Development Support of the Republic of Bulgaria and its overall goal would be to create a safe environment in schools by developing comprehensive guidelines and building the capacity of teachers and individuals to prevent bullying.
