Nikolay Yankov – Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in Baku, took part in the opening ceremony of a Bulgarian corner at the National Library of Azerbaijan “M.F. Akhundov “. The books presenting the culture, art, history, traditions and nature of Bulgaria are donated from the Bulgarian National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius ”and will be on permanent display. The event was attended by Prof. Karim Tahirov – Director of the National Library of Azerbaijan, Assoc. Prof. Krassimira Aleksandrova – Director of the Bulgarian National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius ”, representatives of Azerbaijani media.
Bulgaria was also represented with a booth at the 7th International Book Fair, that took place from 6th to 10th of October in Baku Expo Center.
