The two sides exchanged ideas on how to enhance the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Pakistan. Agriculture, food and food processing, IT, tourism, transfer of knowledge and technical skills are among the sectors with good potential for cooperation. The Embassy of Bulgaria in Islamabad and FPCCI agreed to work together for strengthening the direct business contacts between the two countries in order to build successful future partnerships in areas of common interest.
At the invitation of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), on 9 February 2023 Ambassador Irena Gancheva visited FPCCI Islamabad Office where she had a meeting with FPCCI President Mr. Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, Vice President Mr. Umar Masood ur Rehman and members of the Federation.
