The UN-GOB Joint National Steering Committee Meeting, which brought together the Government and the UN country team to review the progress of and provide oversight to the implementation of the UN Multi-Country Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2022–26 in Belize, was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, and Immigration. The agenda focused on SDG acceleration with the proposal for an Integrated National Financing Framework to boost development financing, Belize’s LNOB priority strategy, and the road map to the SDG Summit.
