“Women’s Rights and Achieving Family Stability in Bahrain” workshop held under patronage of Minister of Foreign Affairs, SCW Secretary-General

Under the patronage of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, and the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Women, Hala Al-Ansari, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organise a virtual workshop under the title “Women’s Rights and Achieving Family Stability in the Kingdom of Bahrain”, on Monday corresponding to 8 March 2021 at one o’clock in the afternoon.

This workshop coincides with International Women’s Day, and comes as part of the series of workshops concerned with preparing the National Plan for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The workshop is expected to discuss the political rights of Bahraini women, the prominent role of Bahraini women inside their families, and other aspects.
