The Minister of Foreign Affairs meets with his Greek counterpart in Athens
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Greece, Nikos Dendias, on the sidelines of the Friendship Forum held in Athens.
During the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Majesty the King to His Excellency the President of the friendly Republic of Greece, and His Majesty’s wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Republic of Greece and its friendly people, expressing the depth of the historical friendship between the two friendly countries.
Dr. Zayani also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs for his generous invitation to participate in this expanded ministerial meeting within the tripartite cooperation framework, expressing his pride in the advanced level of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Republic of Greece.
He stressed the importance of continuing to strengthen and develop aspects of Bilateral cooperation and joint coordination and to push ties forward towards broader horizons to meet the aspirations of the two friendly countries, wishing the Republic of Greece and its friendly people more progress and prosperity.
