MoFA welcomes appointment of UN Special Envoy for Republic of Yemen
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes the appointment of H.E. Mr. Hans Grundberg as UN Special Envoy for the Republic of Yemen, wishing him success in continuing UN efforts aimed at reaching a political solution that would end the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people and achieve their aspirations for security, stability and prosperity.
The Ministry also affirms Bahrain’s full support to Yemen in its efforts to restore legitimacy and achieve comprehensive and lasting peace on its territory.
