MoFA Undersecretary for Political Affairs hails development of existing partnership between Kingdom of Bahrain and Kingdom of Thailand
The second semi-annual meeting to discuss the outcomes of the Joint Committee of Bilateral Cooperation between Bahrain and Thailand was held today, chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Shaikha Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kingdom of Thailand, Mr. Dusit Manapan.
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Shaikha Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa stressed Bahrain’s keenness to enhance strategic partnership with friendly countries, hailing in this regard the close historical relations between Bahrain and Thailand, which are constantly developing at all levels.
H.E. the Undersecretary for Political Affairs hailed the distinguished level of relations between the two countries, which reflects positively on providing further cooperation opportunities.
The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand affirmed Thailand’s aspiration to enhance friendly relations and cooperation with Bahrain, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
The two sides also exchanged views on issues of common interest during the meeting.
