MoFA Undersecretary for International Affairs meets with Ambassador-Designate of Republic of Singapore to Kingdom of Bahrain
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met today with the Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Singapore to the Kingdom of Bahrain, residing in Riydh, Wong Chow Ming.
During the meeting, the Undersecretary for International Affairs hailed the strong relations between Bahrain and Singapore and its development at all levels in what meets joint aspiration. He also reviewed ways to promote bilateral relations and to further develop them to what benefit the two friendly countries and people, noting the economic and investment developments as well as the vital and strategic projects in Bahrain as part of the pioneering and qualitative government programs, to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a regional center for innovation and digital economy.
For his part, Ambassador Wong Chow Ming expressed his country’s desire to strengthen cooperation and coordination relations with Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further development.
The two sides also exchanged views regarding the situations and current developments on the regional and international arenas of common concern.
