Minister of Foreign Affairs meets Minister of Foreign Affairs of brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, His Excellency Sameh Shoukry, on the occasion of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The two sides highlighted the strong brotherly relations between the two countries under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. They reviewed ways to further develop bilateral ties at all levels, and discussed the latest regional developments in the field of security and politics.
From the Egyptian side, the meeting was attended by the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Nazih Ali Bahaa El-Din Al-Najari, and the Egyptian Ambassador in Bahrain, H.E. Ambassador Yasser Mohamed Ahmed Shaaban. From the Bahraini side, it was attended by the Chief of Arab Affairs, H.E. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Tarifi, and a number of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
