Foreign Minister receives Indian Ambassador to Kingdom of Bahrain
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, today received at the Ministry’s headquarters the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Piyush Srivastava. The meeting was also attended by the
Director of Afro-Asian Affairs Directorate at the Ministry, Ambassador Muna Abbas Radhi.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the course of friendly relations between Bahrain and India, and ways to promote bilateral cooperation and further develop areas of cooperation to meet common aspirations. They also reviewed a number of topics of common interest, primarily promoting cooperation and joint coordination to face the repercussions of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
