Foreign Minister receives IISS Executive Director
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, today received in his office at the Ministry the Executive Director of the International Institute for Strategic Studies in the Middle East (IISS), Sir Tom Beckett.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed joint efforts of the Foreign Ministry and IISS to organize the Manama Dialogue conference, which is hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain every year, and the necessary preparations to convene it at the highest standards.
The meeting was also attended by the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Consular and Administrative Affairs, Ambassador Tawfeeq Ahmed Al-Mansoor, the Director-General of the Affairs of the Ministry, Talal Abdulsalam Al-Ansari, and the Head of the Strategic Affairs Sector, Nancy Abdullah Jamal.
