Foreign Minister receives copy of credentials of Ambassador-Designate of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Kingdom of Bahrain

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received today Mr. Muhammad Ayub, where he received a copy of his credentials as Ambassador-Designate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The meeting was also attended by the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri, the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and the Director-General of the Affairs of the Ministry, Talal Abdulsalam Al-Ansari.

During the meeting, the Foreign Minster welcomed the Pakistani Ambassador-Designate, stressing the depth of the close historical relations between Bahrain and Pakistan, in light of the support it receives from the leaderships of the two countries, wishing the Ambassador further success in his duties.

For his part, Mr. Ayub expressed his pride in the strong bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing that he would do his utmost to consolidate the joint bilateral relations and further develop them in all areas, in a way that benefits the two friendly countries and people, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
