Foreign Minister meets virtually with MoFA personnel
On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, held the fourth general meeting with the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through videoconference.
The Minister extended his congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and to the Bahraini people and Ministry’s personnel, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further peace and prosperity.
The Foreign Minister expressed his appreciation and pride for the sincere efforts made by the Ministry’s employees, and their distinguished performance as one team to accomplish the tasks entrusted to them with efficiency and competence, praising the important role played by the missions of the Kingdom of Bahrain abroad to facilitate the return of Bahraini citizens to the homeland, in light of the emerging coronavirus pandemic.
He also reviewed the Ministry’s recent achievements, hailing the distinguished training programmes provided by the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, and the commitment of the Ministry’s employees to complete their annual mandatory training hours.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister spoke about the importance of perseverance, giving, mutual respect and developing capabilities, stressing that they are key elements for improving diplomatic and administrative work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wishing everyone continued health and success.
