Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will participate in a conversation with United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) President Hillary Schieve at the USCM 92nd Winter Meeting on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. EST at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. After the conversation, Secretary Blinken will host a roundtable with U.S. mayors to discuss efforts to address the fentanyl and synthetic drugs crisis.
