The Secretary-General strongly condemns a deadly missile strike on a residential building within the city of Dnipro, Ukraine, by which at least 40 people were murdered, with many more wounded plus dozens missing. Attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure violate international humanitarian law. They must end immediately. The Secretary-General stretches his deepest condolences to the families of the victims from the Dnipro attack and wants a speedy recovery towards the injured.
