The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Honourable Zulfikar Mustapha, Minister of Agriculture, earlier today, met virtually with Dr. Julius Berdegué, Regional Representative for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO). Accompanying Dr. Berdegué was Ms. Gillian Smith, Representative of the FAO to Guyana.
