The FCDO advises against all but essential travel to:
- The whole of the Czech Republic based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks.

Travel is subject to entry restrictions.
- There are currently restrictions in place on entering the Czech Republic, including if you are travelling from the UK.
The Czech government has placed entry restrictions on all direct travel from the UK until further notice. As of 5 January, entry to the Czech Republic is possible only for certain essential reasons and for those with residency or valid long-term visas for the Czech Republic. A negative RT-PCR or antigen test, taken in the UK no longer than 72 hours before departure, is also required for all those who have spent more than 12 hours during the previous 14 days in the UK.
