Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met with Consul Generals in Istanbul in a videoconference meeting organized by the International Consular Community of Istanbul on 23 November 2020.
Minister Çavuşoğlu stated that consular affairs were important in our relations with other countries and that defending the rights of our citizens abroad was our top foreign policy priority.
