On 27 October 2020, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu had a meeting in Ankara with President Ersin Tatar of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Minister Çavuşoğlu congratulated once again President Tatar for his election as the President of TRNC, and emphasized that we would continue to defend in close coordination our national cause and the rights of the Turkish Cypriots.
