1. Amb. Noh Kyu-duk, Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, had a telephone conversation with Amb. Sung Kim, Acting Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, on the morning of March 25.   2. The two sides shared concern over the short-range missile launches by North Korea amid the ongoing U.S. policy review on North Korea, and shared assessments of the recent developments in the situation on the Korean Peninsula.   3. The two sides agreed to continue close coordination to make substantive progress in achieving complete denuclearization and establishment of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula while managing the situation in a stable manner.
