Peter Chen, Ambassador of Taiwan to Saint Lucia officially signed the document which will fund five million, four hundred and twenty thousand dollars (EC$5.42M) to the Youth Economy to facilitate the turning of hobbies into entrepreneurship and skills into business by providing finance, training, marketing, and mentoring to young people seeking self-sustainable employment.
