Foreign Minister receives Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyz Republic

The Foreign Minister underscored that Pakistan is ready to provide access to its seaports to the Central Asian Republics.
Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari underlined the importance of boosting relations in all areas, particularly, trade, investment, tourism and green energy. He welcomed Kyrgyz proposal for cooperation in the field of Sustainable Mountain Development, convening of business forums and joint ventures in medical education and hydropower sectors.

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari received Artykbaev Aibek Muhtarovich, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs today.
The Foreign Minister also reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to CASA-1000 power transmission project.
Pakistan and the Kyrgyz Republic are celebrating 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The Foreign Minister congratulated Mr. Muhtarovich on successful conclusion of the 2nd Session of Bilateral Political Consultations (BPC) between Pakistan and Kyrgyz Republic and expressed satisfaction at upward trajectory of bilateral relations. He said that close collaboration at multilateral forums on regional and international issues of mutual interest demonstrated commonality of views of both the countries.
