Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a reply message to Bounnang Vorachith, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on January 18.
Kim Jong Un in his message extended deep thanks to the President for having sent warm and encouraging congratulations and a floral basket with sincerity on his assumption of duty as General Secretary of the WPK at its 8th Congress.
He expressed belief that the tradition of the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two Parties and peoples of the two countries would be firmly carried forward and developed generation after generation.
He sincerely wished the President happiness in good health as well as big success in his responsible work for the country’s prosperity.
