Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, on October 9.
The message reads as follows:
On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I extend my warm congratulations to you and to the government and people of your country on the 59th anniversary of the independence of Uganda.
I take this opportunity to wish you and your people greater successes in the efforts for the country’s development and prosperity, and I express my conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries based on the long tradition would further strengthen and develop.
