Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a message of congratulations from Felix Antoine Tshilombo Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, on September 9.
The message reads as follows:
Your Excellency President of the State Affairs,
On behalf of all the people of the DR Congo and on my own behalf, I extend my warm congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the 73rd founding anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
I express my support to you for your efforts for the happiness of the people and the building of an independent powerful country.
I wish you good health as well as great success in your work to lead the DPRK.
