Ri Son Gwon, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Stanley Kasongo Kakubo upon his appointment as foreign minister of the Republic of Zambia, on September 14.
Convinced that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would strengthen and develop as required by the new times, the message wished the Zambian foreign minister success in his work for developing the country’s external relations.
