The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf M. Tuggar (OON) delivered a lecture titled “Foreign Policy Agenda under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration” at the 2023 Annual Lecture organized by the Association of Retired Career Ambassadors of Nigeria (ARCAN). The lecture, which focused on the 4Ds Diplomacy (Democracy, Development, Demography, and Diaspora) held at the Rotunda, MFA today, 21st December 2023.
