Dutch Government Service Survey

Do you live, work or study outside the Netherlands?

Take our survey on the services provided by the Dutch government.

The Dutch government wants to further improve the services it provides to Dutch nationals and non-Dutch nationals abroad. Your experience and feedback regarding these services are important in helping us do that.

Government organizations have been working together to provide all relevant information in one place, on netherlandsworldwide.nl. This is a central platform for arranging your affairs with the Dutch government. Here you’ll find information about government products and services that you as a customer abroad may need. From DigiDs to driving licences, from pensions to student finance, and from passports to ballot papers. You can now go to netherlandsworldwide.nl for these things and more. Netherlands Worldwide staff are also available around the clock to answer your questions, help you explore your options and, where necessary, refer you to the right organization or channel.

This month, March 2022, the research consultancy CHOICE insights + strategy is carrying out a new survey, commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Survey questions focus mainly on your recent experiences with Dutch government services and your general view of these services. The survey also touches on how the coronavirus crisis has affected the provision of government services. The results will be used to help make sure that Dutch government services, including Netherlands Worldwide, are aligned as closely as possible with what you need and want.

We encourage you to participate in this survey. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is available until March 31, 2022. You can access the survey by going to: https://surveys.thechoice.nl/s3/dpc2145-k1
